Councilman Rafael Salamanca recently had the honor of greeting and meeting with several students from the Center for Urban Pedagogy and South Bronx Community Charter High School.
Center for Urban Pedagogy students did a professional interview with Salamanca while South Bronx Community Charter students visited City Hall to learn how to emulate the council through their own student government.
