40th Precinct

Tuesday, October 23 at 7:50 p.m. — Cops got a report of an individual who fired a shot from a gun during an altercation with another man in front of an apartment building at East 148th Street and St. Ann’s Avenue. The shot struck a window and shattered it. Inside the room, an 11-year-old boy was sleeping. The individual then fled westbound on East 148th Street. The individual is described as a man who was last seen wearing a red coat with a fur-lined hood, gray sweatpants, blue sneakers and a black hooded sweater.

41st Precinct

Friday, November 2 at 7 p.m. — Cops received word that a group of people were standing at the corner of Kelly Street and East 163rd Street when one individual took out a gun and fired into the group, striking a 26-year-old man in the thigh. The individual fled the area into a nearby building, and then ran out the back to flee. EMS took the man who was shot to Lincoln Hospital for treatment. The individual sought by police is a Hispanic man who is about five feet, ten inches tall and 210 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black pants and grey sneakers.

44th Precinct

Sunday, November 4 at 8:45 a.m.– Police got a report of a robbery of a 70-year-old man who was walking near where he lives. The victim was returning home when two unknown individuals approached him and demanded his property. One of the individuals took about $55 in cash from the victim’s pocket. Both fled on foot after the heist, running north on the Grand Concourse. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Both individuals are Hispanic men in their 20s to 30s. One was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, burgundy jacket and dark pants. Another individual was last seen wearing a burgundy vest, tan jacket and tan pants.

46th Precinct

Thursday, November 1 at 6:45 p.m. — A citizen reported a robbery inside of the 2460 Grand Concourse. Two unidentified individuals approached two store employees. One of the men produced a firearm and demanded store merchandise. A second individual pepper-sprayed one of the store employees. The two individuals removed approximately 113 cellphones and fled the location northbound on Grand Concourse. Both victims declined medical attention. Both individuals are Hispanic men in their 20s. One was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap and all dark clothing. A second was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

48th Precinct

Sunday, October 28 at 9:33 a.m. — It was reported to police that a 68-year-old man was approached from behind and struck in a robbery perpetrated by two individuals. When the victim fell to the ground, an assailant took his wallet containing about $450 in cash and they fled. The man wasn’t hospitalized as a result of the incident. One of the individuals is an adult man who was last seen wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt, black jacket, tan pants and white shoes. The second individual is a Hispanic man who is about 20-years-old to 25-years-old who was last seen wearing black hoodie, blue jacket and dark pants.

Cops in the 48th Precinct are looking to interview this individual.
