40th PCT.

Tuesday, September 8, 2015, 10:50 a.m. — A suspect followed a 20-year-old female victim into an elevator in a residential building, touched her private parts, and fled on foot. He is described as a male Black, 5’10” tall and 200 pounds.

Thursday, November 5. 6:30 a.m. — The victim, a 29-year-old male, left his bag, containing his credit cards and undetermined amount of money, on the counter of the bodega located at 527 E. 137th Street. The suspect then removed the bag from the counter and fled the scene.

41st PCT.

Monday, November 2, 2015, 10:00 p.m. –The victim, a 52-year-old male who is wheel-chair bound, was waiting for the elevator inside his building on Southern Boulevard when a suspect engaged him in conversation and then proceeded to knock him out of his wheel chair. Once on the floor, the suspect overpowered him and removed his wallet containing his identification and money. The suspect then fled the scene. There were no reported injuries.

Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 8:38 a.m. — Police responded to a 911 call of a pedestrian struck in the vicinity of Seneca Avenue and Bryant Avenue. Upon arrival, police officers observed a 55-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive with severe trauma to the body. EMS also responded and transported the female to Lincoln Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

A preliminary investigation determined that the female pedestrian was attempting to cross the street northbound on Seneca Avenue to the south side at the intersection of Bryant Avenue when she was struck by a commercial Mack dump truck that was travelling westbound on Seneca Avenue. The 44-year-old operator of the truck remained on the scene.

45th PCT.

Friday, October 9, 3:30 a.m. –Suspects entered the victims’ 2nd floor residence on Mayflower Avenue after they banged on the door and identified themselves as police officers. Upon entering the location, the suspects handcuffed a 36-year-old female and a 33-year-old male, and proceeded to remove their cellphones. The suspects then went down to the basement apartment, where they again announced themselves as police officers, and entered a 51-year-old male’s apartment. The suspects handcuffed the victim and removed his cellphone and fled. One suspect is described as a light skin male in his early 40s, tall, with a large build and wearing a police shield around his neck. The other two suspects are described as being both dark skin, tall and with a large build in their late 30s to early 40s.

47th PCT.

Sunday, November 1, 11:18 p.m. — An unidentified suspect entered 4232 Baychester Avenue, approached a 22-year-old female employee at the register and displayed a knife. He demanded she open the register. The suspect reached over the counter and removed $439 and fled the scene on foot eastbound on Baychester Avenue. There were no injuries as a result of this incident. The suspect is described as a male black, approximately 5’8” in height, 155 pounds. He was decribed as wearing a black jacket and beige pants.
