Permits have been filed for the construction of a 4-story residential building with ten units on a vacant lot at 745 E. 215th St. in the Williamsbridge neighborhood of the Bronx.

The proposed building would be 42 feet tall and yield 7,474 square feet of space across the ten units. With an average unit scope of 747 square feet, these residences will most likely be rentals.

The building would also feature a rear yard 35 feet in length. The Agnes Haywood Playground is located right next to the property. Nearby schools in the area include Leaders of Tomorrow Middle School and the Regent School. There are also bus stops in the area for the Bx8 and Bx39 lines.

Building applications were submitted by Steven Westreich of Westorchard Management. The listed architect of record for the project is Ariel Golshan of AG Engineering PLLC.

Since the property is currently just a vacant lot, demolition permits will likely not be needed for the construction process. An estimated date for construction to be finished has not yet been provided.
