Police are trying to identify the man who survived being struck by two cars after crossing a busy Bronx highway.

According to police, the man was walking north to south on the Bruckner Expressway on Sunday, January 22 around 7:20 p.m. when he was struck by two vehicles, a 2004 Volkswagen Passat and a 2005 Toyota Camry.

The man was thrown over the highway divider and landed in the eastbound lanes of the roadway.

The victim was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center in critical condition and is expected to survive.

Neither driver was charged in this ongoing investigation.
