Investigators say there were four people who played a part in the fatal stabbing of Bronxite Jose Valarezo in Mount Eden this week. But the cops have only booked one suspect so far — a 14-year-old girl.

The NYPD reported they arrested the teen for the fatal stabbing of 35-year-old Valarezo on Wednesday and charged her with an onslaught of crimes including murder, grand larceny and criminal possession of both a weapon and stolen property. The NYPD did not identify the teenager by name.

But the criminal complaint from the Bronx District Attorney’s office states there were three other males involved in the early morning killing.

According to the investigation, the three other “unapprehended men” chased Valarezo, who was carrying a silver backpack, to the corner of East 170th Street and Morris Avenue. The complaint says the 14-year-old girl waited across the street while the three others approached Valarezo, who allegedly was in the possession of a gun and trying to steal a motorbike.

“Un(a)pprehended male number one stabbed Jose A. Valarezo with a knife approximately nine to ten times in his left thigh and buttocks, causing his death,” the complaint says.

Then the trio took Valarezo’s backpack and left the scene with the 14 year-old, the complaint states.

Part of the document from the district attorney’s office is redacted so it’s unclear where the four allegedly went after the crime, but the complaint says they returned to a building with the backpack and left it in the lobby. The girl left and returned to the three others with clothes, which the men changed into and then left, according to the investigation.

According to the district attorney’s office, the teen was arraigned in Bronx Criminal Court on Wednesday night and put on supervised release.
