NYPD Bronx Borough Patrol hosted ‘NYPD Female Officers and Bronx Girls Empowerment Day’, a day of sports and activity promoting positive interactions between female police officers and Bronx girls, on Monday, October 8 at Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club. Promoting sportsmanship as well as breast cancer and domestic violence awareness, the event featured rock wall climbing, volleyball, football, tug of war rope, Wiffle ball and softball.
