Northeast Bronx resident, Sarah Pauline Turner, celebrated her 100th birthday with her family and friends on Saturday, April 2 at the Eastwood Manor. In honor of this momentous occasion, Councilman Andy King presented the centenarian with a proclamation while Jamaal Bailey, representing Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie, gave Turner a NYS Citation acknowledging her milestone birthday party.
