On Sunday, April 3, the Jewish Community Council of Pelham Parkway and Bronx Jewish Community Council honored Councilman Ritchie Torres at its Annual Leadership Breakfast, presenting him with the Senator Abraham Bernstein Memorial Award. This year’s other distinguished honorees included Stanley Schlein, Edith Blitzer, Ron Cohen, Rabbi Saadia and Rebbetzin Nechana Pewzner.
