Hurricane Ida tuition aid now available for local Bronx businesses

Local business owners who were impacted by Hurricane Ida can take advantage of fully paid tuition from non-profit training center, Marketing Education Academy.

In total, there are 125 scholarships being gifted to New York business owners and their staff. Each scholarship is worth $2,000, with the total available tuition aid up to $250,000. The deadline for application is Sept. 26, so people are encouraged to apply immediately at marketingeducation.org/scholarships/hurricane-ida/ 

The Digital Marketing Certificate program helps business owners and marketing directors improve their approach to marketing by leveraging new developments in digital marketing. The training reveals the unique opportunities of online marketing. The strategies and tactics in the curriculum will teach students how to attract, capture and cultivate new prospective customers using the major digital platforms, maximize conversions with optimization tactics, and pull prospects through the sales funnel using automation.

The certification program covers Digital Marketing and is suitable for any business that needs to rethink their approach to the market and take their business to the next level.This six-week course includes one weekly lecture every Thursday at 7 p.m., starting Sept. 30. Time commitment is just 5-6 hours per week.

The program will be most valuable to marketing managers, planners and entrepreneurs of companies with under 50 employees, as the curriculum is tailored for small businesses.
