Harriet Tubman Early Childhood Education Center Opens

Sheltering Arms celebrated the grand opening of its state-of-the-art Harriet Tubman Early Childhood Education Center on Monday, October 17 at 565 Morris Avenue.
As part of the Administration for Children’s Services’ EarlyLearn NYC initiative, the center provides free and affordable, results-proven education and inclusive support for 139 low-income two and three-year-old children and their families.
