Fordham Fever Friday’s Bomba Community Workshop

The streets of Fordham were alive with the sounds of music this spring season! The Fordham Road Business Improvement District and BombaYo’s Dr. Drum presented Fordham Fever Friday’s Bomba Community Workshop on Friday, April 13 at Muller Triangle Park and Plaza. Aspiring musicians of all ages and skill sets learned basic dance movements, Bomba rhythms, call and response singing and a lesson on Afro Puerto Rican history and culture.
