WHAT: Empire City Casino, one of the premier entertainment destinations in the northeast with one of the largest gaming floors in the country, will host a Day at the Races Hat Contest and Race Ticket Giveaway on Saturday, May 4, 2019 in anticipation of the 145th running of thoroughbred racing’s most iconic event.
