Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr.; the Albanian-American Society Foundation and Sons and Daughters of Albania in America commemorated the 105th anniversary of Albania’s independence on Tuesday, November 28 at Bronx County Building Veterans’ Memorial Hall. Proclamations honoring the special occasion were presented to local Albanian leaders Dr. Esad Rizai, Sander Cotaj, Dr. Hasan Ademaj, Dr. Barjam Doka and Hajdin Alijaj.
