The Chippewa Democratic Club toasted several community leaders at its 119th annual Dinner Dance on Thursday, June 8 at Villa Barone Manor.

This year’s exemplary honorees were Benjamin Piacquadio, St. Benedict’s School eighth grade teacher and athletic director; Rod Rodriguez, Ohana Restaurant owner; Gary LaBarbera, Building and Construction Trade Council of Greater New York president; Assemblyman Marcos Crespo, Bronx County Democratic Committee chairman; Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Paul Golluscio and John Watson, club member.
