The P.S./M.S. 15 Good Shepherd Services College Access Debate Team was honored by Councilman Fernando Cabrera on Tuesday, May 3. The school is home to the Inaugural Bronx Borough Champions and boasts an impressive record this season with the New York City Urban Debate League. P.S./M.S. 15’s debate coach and English teacher Shawanda Weems was given a proclamation recognizing her dedication on behalf of Bronx students.
