The third annual Domestic Violence Event raised awareness and celebrated survivors on Saturday, October 22 at the Bronx YMCA in honor of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Sponsored by FDR, the Carrion Movement’s Tanya Carrion and Assemblyman Luis Sepulveda, the event featured compelling testimonies from domestic violence survivors Rosemary Colon, Kitty Hernandez and Elizabeth Ruiz Delgado.
