The Bronx Chamber of Commerce hosted an African-American heritage celebration for Black History Month at Tosca Marquee, 4034 E. Tremont Avenue, on Monday, February 2 to honor important African-Americans. At this event, honorees included Assemblyman Carl Heastie and Senator Ruth Hassell-Thompson, among others.
