Free Seminar In

Self-Defense

Country Club resident Richard Schnell reports that he will be offering a free seminar in self defense at the Traditional Taekwon-Do Center at 3028 E. Tremont Avenue on Sunday, October 16 between 3 and 5 p.m.

The self defense class will cater to the students’ needs and offer combat exercises and boxing techniques that should help add to the students’ stamina and coordination.

I just had enough with people being victimized. That is why I designed these programs to go right to the students needs and to be time efficient, said Schnell.

Schnell reports that he is a martial arts and self-defense expert with 25 years of experience and has created specially designed programs.

Lecture programs are also available.

His formula:

Knowledge is power and it will make one less likely a crime victim.
