On Wednesday, August 5, the American Cancer Society held the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Official Kickoff Breakfast at Villa Barone Manor. The breakfast was held to raise awareness and funds to end breast cancer. At the event, it was announced that this year’s Breast Cancer Walk will take place at Orchard Beach on Sunday, October 18 at 10 a.m.
Ashley Engelman was the MC and presenter at the event.
