45th Precinct Crime Prevention Free VIN Etching Program

The 45th Precinct’s Crime Prevention held a free VIN etching program on Saturday, October 17 at the Throggs Neck Shopping Center to help deter vehicular theft and make it easier for residents to trace their vehicle if it is ever stolen.
