C.S. 211 students spoke out against gun violence and drugs by unveiling school lunchroom tables they transformed into beautiful large-scale public artworks on Tuesday, June 7 at Tremont Park. One of two schools selected from the Bronx, C.S. 211’s work will be on display for the summer as part of LeAp’s Public Art Program’s citywide exhibition ‘A View from the Lunchroom: Students Bringing Issues to the Table’.
