The Westchester Square Business Improvement District held its Christmas tree lighting and Holiday Celebration for the public at Owen Dolen Park on Friday, December 16. The celebration featured a tree lighting and caroling. Children at the event took pictures with Santa Claus and his reindeer, and children up to 12-year-old took home a gift.
