Media mogul and talk show host Wendy Williams paid it forward to local families through the Hunter Foundation, an organization created by Williams and her husband to support programs and community-based organizations serving adults, children and families.

On Saturday, May 13 and Sunday, May 14 girls participating in Wendy’s Health and Wellness Program, a component of the Hunter Foundation, teamed up with City Harvest to give back to the community by bagging and distributing food to those in need.

Together, they distributed over 18,000 pounds of food to over 300 local families at St. Mary’s Park Community Center-BronxWorks.
