Van Cortlandt South, Hillman Avenue co-named ‘William J. Scribner Way’

Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz, along with Councilman Andrew Cohen and other elected officials and community leaders, attended a recent street co-naming ceremony which honored the late Bill Scribner, who was the founder, artistic director and director emeritus of the Bronx Arts Ensemble.
