On Friday, July 27, the New York Public Library’s Bronx Library Center, Councilman Ritchie Torres and Library president Tony Marx announced that a total of $4.2 million in new funding will be provided to the four library branches in Council District 15: Belmont Library, Bronx Library Center, Grand Concourse Library and Tremont Library.
