Team Salamanca presented Fernando Rosa A.K.A. the ‘Mayor of Hunts Point’ with a City Council Citation in celebration of his retirement. Rosa has served the Hunts Point Community at the Hunts Point Recreation Center for 17 out of his 20 years with the NYC Parks Department.
