The Bronx Women’s Bar Association learned about the choices we can make to live a heart-healthy life on Thursday, February 28 at the Bronx Hall of Justice. Jennifer Goodstein, survivor and former Community News Group publisher and president, shared her story of battling heart disease. Dr. Mark Abrams, Hearthbeath Health director of Patient Engagement and Education; American Heart Association Greater Ny Fellows Society New York Presbyterian – Columbia University Medical Center vice president of Education, discussed heart disease and treatment options.
