42 Precinct

Wednesday, November 7 at 9:30 p.m — Cops received a report of a robbery. An individual took $21 from inside a 26-year-old woman’s bag while inside a commercial establishment on 3204 Third Avenue. The victim followed the individual outside. When he was followed, the individual punched her multiple times in her face and then also took her iPhone. EMS responded and took the victim to a local hospital where she was treated for swelling to the face. The individual is described as a black man in his 50s.

Sunday, November 4 at 10:22 p.m. — Cops got a report of an attempted robbery at a dollar store at 1315 Boston Road. An individual entered the store and proceeded to take several items before trying to flee. He was stopped by two store employees. He then took out a knife and told them he would harm them if he did not get out of the store. He fled.

44 Precinct

Tuesday, November 6 at 4:50 a.m. — An individual entered King of New York Tobacco shop at 192 E. 167th Street and took out a gun, demanding cash from the clerk. The 34-year-old victim resisted the robbery, and was subsequently shot twice in the abdomen and once in the right leg. EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition. The individual is described as dark skin man who is between five feet, eight inches and five feet, 11 inches tall. He has a medium build.

46 Precinct

Friday, September 21 at 5:45 a.m. — Cops received a report that two individuals entered a location at 2004 Davidson Avenue and forced open a storage box that contained about $6,500 worth of construction tools. The two men fled the location south on West Tremont Avenue. They were both Hispanic males. One is bald and is in his 40s. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and dark pants. The other as also in his 40s and was last seen wearing a blue head bandana and all dark clothing.

Monday, November 5 at 9:50 a.m. — Cops received a report of an individual who entered a Duane Reade at 58 E. Fordham Road who took merchandise worth a total of $282 before fleeing the location on foot. Police believe it is larceny pattern, with the same individual removing $40 worth of merchandise on Saturday, September 15 and $80 worth of merchandise on Tuesday, October 2. The individual is described as a black man who is between 25 to 30 years old. He is about five feet, seven inches tall and weights 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing all dark clothes.

Cops in the 44th Precinct want to interview this individual in connection with an assault that occurred at a tobacco shop.
