Police need your help solving a fatal shooting that happened near the Grand Concourse.

According to police, Longwood resident Edwin Cabrera, 42, was shot in the chest on Friday, August 3 around 11:30 p.m. outside of a building on Tudor Place near Walton Avenue.

Cabrera was rushed to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made in this ongoing investigation.

Cabrera was allegedly arguing with another man outside of the building before being shot.

Witnesses said the shooter fled the scene in a gray truck.
