Councilman Rafael Salamanca toured the new McInnis Cement Terminal in Hunts Point, a project he has been involved in since he was Community Board 2’s district manager. The facility will maximize the waterways to ship in safely contained powered cement eliminating two million miles of truck traffic annually.
