A decade and $13 million later, the Roberto Clemente Plaza remains unfinished after a series of delays from the city. Councilman Rafael Salamanca; NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer; Assemblywoman Carmen Arroyo; Michael Brady, Third Avenue Business Improvement District executive director and local leaders are demanding the city complete the plaza.
