43 Precinct

Tuesday, March 6 at 9:00 p.m. — Police received a report from a 57-year-old woman who said she woke up from sleeping and saw a man with a gun on a fire-escape.

The individual broke the window and entered her apartment. The victim screamed for help and the individual fled out the front door of the apartment in an unknown direction. Nothing was taken as a result of the incident and the victim was not injured. The individual is described as a Hispanic man who is between 25-year-old and 30-years-old, approximately six feet in height with a medium build.

Monday, April 23 at 6:04 p.m. — Police got a call of an unconscious man outside of Soundview Park near Lafayette and Boynton avenues. When they reached the scene, they found a 53-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his face, on the sidewalk in front of 820 Boynton Avenue. E

MS also responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene. Police are looking for an individual seen leaving the scene in a minivan.

45 Precinct

Monday, April 16 at 9:50 a.m. — Cops received a report of a man who exited a minivan and then menaced a victim with a gun outside of his home in Pelham Bay. The individual, described as a black male, about six feet tall with a skinny build, fled in the tan minivan after the incident.

46 Precinct

Monday, April 23 at 10:40 a.m. — The NYPD’s Highway Collision Investigation Squad are investigating a traffic collision involving a bicyclist who was hit by a vehicle near the intersection of Webster Avenue at the Cross Bronx Expressway. Cops responded to a 911 call and when they came to the scene they found a white commercial box truck had been traveling on Webster Avenue and made a right turn onto a Cross Bronx Expressway ramp, striking a bicyclist. The driver of the box truck didn’t remain on the scene and was seen headed southbound on the Cross Bronx Expressway. EMS transported the victim to Bronx Lebanon Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
