Bronxites toasted outgoing NYC Department of Transportation borough commissioner Constance Moran at her retirement party.

The celebration was held on Thursday, January 26 at Eastwood Manor in recognition of Moran’s ten years of serving as the Bronx’s borough commissioner and three years as Queens borough commissioner.
The outgoing borough commissioner was given her own ceremonial street sign.

Moran previously served as the Bronx’s borough commissioner from 2001 to 2003 until her reappointment in 2006.
