On Thursday, January 21, cultural historian Lorella Brocklesby held ‘American Artists in London: Scandals Galore’, an artwork presentation of American artists who traveled to London to enhance their careers, their creativity and their reputation, at Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum. Brocklesby, who currently teaches at New York University and Parsons School of Design, examined artworks from seven American artists from the Georgian to Victorian eras.
