In honor of the season of giving, St. John School hosted a Bless Our Winter Coat Drive on Wednesday, November 23 at the 3143 Kingsbridge Avenue school.
More than 170 students collected coats to be donated to the nearby 50th Precinct.
Students who donated coats participated in a Thanksgiving raffle where students were able to win the chance to pie principal Edward Higgins in the face.
