41 Precinct

Tuesday, November 8 at 1:00 p.m. — As officers were patrolling in an unmarked police car, they saw several people in an altercation at 862 E. 164th Street. When approaching the people to further investigate the incident, a 19-year-old man pointed a gun and fired shots in the direction of the officers. The officers shot back and hit one man. Three of the men at the location, including the gunman shooting at the police officers, fled on foot while the officers pursued them and later caught up with them inside an apartment at 911 E. 165th Street. The 19-year-male sustained a graze wound to the right hip and left knee and was taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition. The 24-year-old male was not injured.

44 Precinct

Thursday, November 3 at 9:14 p.m. — Police responded to a report assault near East 161st Street and Jerome Avenue. When they arrived on the scene they found a 45-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. She was taken to Lincoln Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

50 Precinct

Saturday, November 5 at 2:37 p.m. — Cops got a report of a person discharging a gun in front of 2701 Webb Avenue, and subsequently learned that a male Hispanic shot two rounds from a firearm. No injuries were sustained. The person was last seen wearing a dark color hat, a light blue jacket with a beige collar and black pants.

52 Precinct

Tuesday, November 8 at 5:55 a.m. –Cops got a 911 call of an unconscious female inside of the bathroom of a restaurant on Bedford Park Boulevard. Officers found a 32-year-old woman who was unconscious and unresponsive. EMS came to the scene and found that the woman was dead.
