Starving Artist Cafe Celebrate Owner & Anne Hutchinson’s Birthdays

City Island’s Starving Artist Cafe hosted a special open mic night on Friday, July 29 at 249 City Island Avenue. The event featured poetry and spoken word performances by the City Island Library Writers Group and the cafe owner, Elliott Glick, who celebrated his birthday during the showcase. The City Island Writers Group attended the event to celebrate the Anne Hutchinson Year 2016-Anne’s 425th birthday.
