Co-op City-based New York Fire Sprinkler Council and the Mechanical Contractors Association of New York recently announced that it raised $34,000 for the New York Firefighters Burn Center Foundation. The funding will provide crucial support for research, education and prevention, as well as medical care, for the city’s burn victims.
