As the leaves change colors and the weather turns cooler, holiday turkeys and Santa Claus watch over Cintron Field and the players wind down the fall portion of the season. Highlights are as follows:

American A-1 Auto raised the flag winning the first game of the season over Porco Public Adjusting, 5-0. Goals were scored by Alex Picard (1) and Kaylin Guadalupe, the hat trick + one. The offense was pushed by Rocky Vatoj, Sabrina Roco, Jailyn Rodriguez,Angelica Rosario, Ryan Picard and Rianna Outlack. The goalie tandem of Christopher Collazo and Kevin Zapaya held the shutout.

The Yachtsmen from Locust Point did some heavy lifting at Fusion Fitness, 6-2. The captain on this day was Michael Janny (3), first mate, Carlos Mercado (2) and boatswain, Brancon Gray (1). The navigator was Jonathan Keeney. Awabbing the decks were John Canaras, Michael Catherall and the goalie team, Aiden Crowe & first timer, Argyros Onoufros.

The Knights of St. Benedict’s “out-jousted” Finest Auto Body, 5-0. The knights on the chargers were Joe Healy (2), Antonio Cippolone (1), Dante Romano (1) and Alex Kosco (1). The barrering ram was manned by Mattia Lanza, Arton Biberaj and Katongi Grayman. Building the moat were Taylor Russin, Robert Schwartz and tender, Marco Trombetta.

L D Management was judge and jury over P. Wynne, Attorney, 4-1. The goals were scored by Mohammed Arifov (2), Mellisa Apicella (1) and Joseph Delgrosso (1). The “O” was carried by Erim Pelinkovic, Monica Popovic and Nico Nonis. The “D” was held by Majella Sheehan, Krystal Ramirez and Matthew & Emily Nugent.

C I Contracting continued their undefeated season, winning a tough one,over Schuyler Hill F.H., 2-1. Ashley Pacheco and Dino Esposito scored with assists by Daniella Zirpolo and Jonathan Neill. The midfielders Leo Kibler, Angelina Sanabria and Center forward, Patrick Baumgardner played outstanding offensive games. Fancy footwork from Emily Herrera was the difference on defense. The goalie tandem of Michael Kroner and Justin Ortiz had many great saves.

The caterers from AnnClair stopped F & J Wilson, 4-1. Javier Carrillo and Aloexis Bholalall had two goals each. Pushing the offense were Nessa Fox and Sita Kone. Silvio Palumbo, Mat Orbetello and Daniel Gilliand held the defense.

Franchise Contractors “sunk” Throgs Neck Clipper, 5-1. Xavier Sanchez was the catalyst on offense taking charge, assisting on 3 of the 5 goals by Anthony Marks (2), Brandron Waldron (2) and Brianna Sanabria (1).over Joshua Sanchez was magnificent in goal (4 saves ), aided by the human wall, Joseph Gabrielle.

Barino’s Market had a tough final solution over Advance Solutions,1-0. The lone goal of the match was scored by Justin McConville. The midfield was controlled by Steven Tartaglia and Jessie Von Kessel. The “D” was held by Skylar Cullen, Victoria Custo and the goalie duo, Peter Wiehler & Mike Crorkin (shutout).

McNulty’s F.H. defeated 5J’s Auto,4-0. McNulty’s was led by Nicky Kola (2), Cole Wiehler (1) and Peter Shadwick (1). Midgield was controlled by Kelly Crorkin, Kaitlyn and Craig Brandstetter. On defense it was Riley Walsh and another family group, Brian & Aiden Kimmel. In a losing effort 5 J’s top performers were Austin Haney, Caeron Feliciano, Emily Gaudio, Charly Ann Casali, Teila Narcisco, Christina Racanalli and James Fitzgerald Crosstown Diner “stretched out” Pro Active Therapy, 2-1. The top cook for Crosstown was Alfred Begirai with both goals. Performing the prep was Christopher Guarino and Gracie Lennon. Clean up by Mateo Nonis, Allyssia Weuss and Anthony Cacace. Pro Active had some top performers as well; Christina Santoro (1), Christian Alvear, Dimitri Franklin, Robert Spencer, Jake Valdarez, Victoria Rinaldi, Luke Valdarez and John Heaney, excellent in goal in a losing effort.

L D Management played a second game on this weekend and came away the victor again over International Caterers, 5-0. Erim Pelinkovic had 2 goals and Mohammed Arifov the hattrick. Other stellar performances from Mellissa Apicella, Nico Nonis, Matthew Nugent, Emily Nugent, Monica Popovic and Majella Sheehan.
