St. Helena Boy Scout Troop 65 held an Eagle Scout Court of Honor on Wednesday, May 8 to honor the troop’s 59th, Orlando Palapa and 60th, Ian Pichardo eagle scouts.
Six other eagle scouts were also present for the ceremony in addition to Community Board 9 district manager William Rivera, who was himself a former member of the Troop.
