St. Raymond High School for Boys seniors participated in the Urban Land Institute’s Urban Plan on Tuesday, April 26. The students, playing the role of real estate developers, assigned various responsibilities. They were tasked with developing a plan meeting the needs of the city while generating a profit for themselves. This year’s winner selected by the ‘city council’ composed of real estate professionals as the best plan for the proposed city was developed by Uptown Development which consisted of seniors Jonathan Delgado, Mensur Cekic, Armando Miese, Andre Henry, Veton Gjonbalaj and Jhared Griggs.
‘Uptown Development’ was selected as this year’s winner by Urban Land Institute.
