On Monday, September 11, Assemblyman Luis Sepulveda and Senator Ruben Diaz, Sr. announced $4 million in funding for schools in their overlapping districts which will go toward a wide array of classroom equipment, security cameras and vital physical upgrades.
The schools receiving state funding include P.S. 119, P.S. 182, Bronx Community High School, Emolior Academy, P.S. 138, P.S. 106, P.S. 36, P.S. 214, Bronx Compass High School, Antonia Pantoja Preparatory Academy, J.H.S. 125, Blueprint Middle School, P.S. 47, P.S. 531 and P.S. 6.
