Second Farms Groundbreaking

Councilman Rafael Salamanca recently attended a groundbreaking ceremony of Second Farms, a once underutilized parking facility which is a step closer to welcoming 319-units of 100% affordable housing to the Bronx. Salamanca allocated $850,000 in capital funding to make this project a reality.

The Catholic Charities of New York presented a hefty ceremonial check for Second Farms Affordable Housing.
