Members of St. Barnabas Hospital’s pharmacy department gave a brown bag medication review to seniors at the Regional Aid For Interim Needs, R.A.I.N., Tolentine Senior Center as part of National Hospital & Health System Pharmacy Week on Friday, October 23. SBH’s visit to the senior center gave senior residents medical knowledge about dose moderation, purchasing medication over the counter, prescribed medications and more.
