Council members Rafael Salamanca and Annabel Palma and ArchCare staff recently celebrated the unveiling of ArchCare’s St. Vincent de Paul Residences’s renovated rehabilitative rooms made possible by funding from Councilman Salamanca.
Salamanca allocated $23,000 to be used for short-term rehabilitative programming which includes a mock kitchen helping seniors regain their independence.
The residence announced it would name the room after Salamanca in recognition of the funding he secured.
