Preston High School hosted its inaugural Mock Trial Workshop for seventh grade girls on Saturday, February 4.
Led by history teacher Jennifer Connolly, Esq., students from different schools in the Bronx, Manhattan and lower Westchester participated in a day of learning the intricacies of a trial such as legal vocabulary, parties in a case and steps in trial.
The day concluded with small groups conducting mock trials and reaching a verdict.
