44 Precinct

Friday, December 21 at 9 p.m. — Cops received a report of a robbery inside of an apartment at East 166th Street and Findlay Avenue. Three hispanic males, approximately 30-years-old, pushed a 14-year old male back inside his residence as he exited his apartment. Once inside, the individuals brandished firearms and restrained the 14-year-old male and a 52-year-old female with tape and removed a cellphone and approximately $5,000 before fleeing. No injuries were reported. The individuals were last seen wearing black coat, dark colored jeans, hat, gloves and shoes.

Sunday, December 24 at 10:08 p.m. — A 29-year-old male who was in the vicinity of 1344 University Avenue and West 170th Street was approached from behind and grabbed by two males. The individuals began punching the 29-year-old while a third male stood by as a lookout. One of the males brandished a firearm and demanded his property. The three males fled the scene after taking $400 and a bag with a six-pack of beer.

45 Precinct

Wednesday, December 27 at 2:58 p.m. — Cops received a report of an attempted bank robbery at 12 Westchester Square. A white male entered Apple Bank and displayed a note to the teller demanding cash. The individual fled on foot without anything to show for it. The individual is described as approximately 6’0” and 200 pounds.

46 Precinct

Wednesday, December 27 at 5:06 p.m. — Cops responded to a call regarding an assault at 1604 University Avenue. When they arrived on the scene, they determined two males, a 31-year-old and a 32-year-old, were involved in a dsispute with a group of males. The 31-year-old was stabbed in his torso and the 32-year-old was slashed in his face. EMS transported the 31-year-old to Bronx Lebanon Hospital where he was pronounced dead and the 32-year-old did not need medical attention. No arrests have been made and the investigation is still pending.

49 Precinct

Wednesday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m. — A 14-year-old male victim in the vicinity of White Plains Road and Lydig Avenue was approached by an individual who asked to use the 14-year-old’s cellphone. As the victim attempted to give his cellphone, the individual, described as an 18-year-old hispanic male approximately 5’9”, punched the victim on the side of his face, took the cellphone and fled the scene on White Plains Road. The 14-year-old sustained swelling to his face and refused further medical attention. The individual was last seen wearing a black jacket, grey sweatpants, a grey hoodie, and a black hat.
