41 Precinct

Wednesday, May 30 at 4:00 a.m. –Cops responded to a 911 call concerning two men who were assaulted inside of 885 Intervale Avenue. Police were informed that three individuals entered the location, demanded money and then stabbed a 54-year-old man and a 59-year-old man in the abdomen. EMS responded and transported both of the victims to Lincoln Medical Center, where the 59-year-old man later died. The three individuals took $70 and fled the location in an unknown direction.

43 Precinct

Saturday, May 26 at 7:57 p.m. — A 65-year-old man was the victim of a robbery while walking along Hugh Grant Circle. As the victim approached Metropolitan Avenue, an individual described as a black man who is approximately 30-years-old and weighs about 200 pounds approached him. The individual took his keys and when the victim tried to retrieve them, the individual refused. He then punched the victim numerous times which rendered him unconscious. EMS took him to Jacobi Medical Center when he was treated for spinal injuries.

48 Precinct

Saturday, May 26 at 5:30 a.m. — Police received a report of a robbery that occurred in front of 2423 Cambreleng Avenue. Two individuals approached a 49-year-old man from behind and one of them placed him a choke hold. After the victim was dragged and pulled to the ground, one kicked and punched him in the head as the other took his cellular telephone. The two individuals fled on foot on Cambreleng Avenue. The victim was treated at a local hospital for bruising and swelling to the face and head. One of the individuals is described as a Hispanic man between 18-years-old and 25-years-old with his hair in a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater and light-colored pants. The second man is black also between the ages of 18-years-old and 25-years-old. He was last seen wearing a hooded sweater and black pants.

52 Precinct

Tuesday, May 29 at 12:21 a.m. — Police responded to a 911 call of a stabbed person at Dekalb Avenue and East 212th Street. Upon arriving on the scene, officers found a 18-year-old man who was stabbed in the torso and unresponsive. EMS took the man to Montefiore Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
