42nd PCT.

Friday, January 1, 3:35 p.m. — A 27-year-old man was the victim of a robbery. The man was walking at 421 E. 161th Street when three suspects approached him from behind, grabbed him by the neck and demanded all of his property.

The three suspects then punched and kicked the victim in the face and took his wallet. The suspects then fled the scene.

45th PCT.

Tuesday, December 22, 2:18 a.m. — An unidentified male suspect followed a 21-year-old female victim as she entered an apartment building in the vicinity of Westchester and Zerega avenues.

When the victim reached the 2nd floor, the suspect displayed a knife and grabbed onto her purse. The victim resisted and the suspect fled on foot.

The victim was not injured and no property was taken. The suspect is a light complexion male Hispanic in his twenties, 5’10” and 200 pounds.

Wednesday, January 6, 10:35 a.m. — Police officers responded to a 911 call for a person in the water near 1047 Outlook Avenue.

FDNY personnel recovered the unconscious, unidentified male from the water and removed him to the aforementioned location where he was pronounced deceased by EMS.

47th PCT.

Thursday, December 24, 6:00 p.m. — An assault occurred inside a bodega at 855 E. Tremont Avenue after a suspect bumped into the victim.

The two exchanged words and then the perpetrator assaulted the victim. The suspect fled the scene, and is described as a black male, 25 to 35 years old and about 5’11”.

Wednesday, January 6, 3:00 a.m. –Police found an unconscious and unidentified woman at 3242 Corsa Avenue.

50th PCT.

Monday, January 4, 4:27 a.m. — Police responded to a call of a male stabbed at a restaurant at 5765 Broadway, not far from the 50th Precinct station house.

When they arrived they found a 28-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to the torso. EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to New York Presbyterian Hospital’s Allen Pavilion, where he died. An arrest has been made.
